Vitamin safety

At the Dutch SOE site the reader will also find a series on "Veiligheid van vitamines" ("Vitamin Safety"). From this extensive review by John Marks, Tutor and Director of Medical Studies Girton College, Cambridge, it should be apparent that the vitamins have a high safety ratio. Furthermore, this conclusion applies even when these nutrients are administered in daily doses that substantially exceed the RDA's (Recommended Dietary Allowances).
